What inspired in October

My inspiration for October was unusual animal prints.

This inspiration led me nowhere since I have not had a day off at home since August 21 and won't get one until November 20. DIY has become 'did nothing.'

Fortunately, the rest of you were productive little bees. Here are few things that inspired you last month or inspiring things you created.

Ways to incorporate purple in your closet and decor at Struggling to be Stylish.

Gorgeous knits at Vignettes.

Fluffy decorative fur things at Thirteen and South.

A practical way to wear silk scarves at Ruby Mines.

Vases from vintage zippers by Amalia Versaci.

Refashion a skirt with layers at Shwin and Shwin.

Make a DIY wool throw with ECAB.

Make an easy draped cardigan with Luvinthemommyhood.

Iris Apfel inspiration at The Glamourai.

Organized jewelry drawer at High-Heeled Foot in the Door.

Orange inspiration at What the Vita.

A new roundup/blog party will start this week, so be prepared to share.

  2. Hey thanks for the mention!
Yea my creativeness totally goes in spurts. It's so hard to do stuff for yourself when your swamped. Hopefully the next few weeks will go fast, and you'll enjoy your time off!

  3. Thank you for including me yet again! I'm itching to get out those knitting needles now that my free time is not being dominated by costume-making.

A great roundup and a fabulous Dior image you have there!!

And, I'm so sorry your at-home days have become so scarce. I'm feeling a bit like that too, although nowhere near as extreme.
