Slight exaggeration there. But! Somebody did make the pouf!
Elizabeth at
Absinthe and Orange followed
my tutorial and made her own pouf. And, being the true artist and crafty lady that she is, she did one better. She potato printed the fabric. I am in awe.
Check out her pouf
here.
I think you should start a pouf business (eBook tutorial, etsy shop, etc.) ;-)

Thanks. Although I'm a lousy production worker. Once I figure out how to make something, I lose interest in making it again.
ReplyDeleteWhow. I'm so impressed.
ReplyDeleteI need to make a pouf! Yes, I am jumping on the pouf making bandwagon.
ReplyDeleteGreat tutorial on this, hers is pretty great too. I was in awe of that potato stamp!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I guess green to white might be a bit more difficult. Though my beads were half an evergreen color and the coverage was just as good as on the light beads. But I'm no professional painter! Is your husband maybe worried that you'll want him to do this for you? :) Good luck!
