ReplyDeleteThey had a big battered low leather arm chair in London's new Anthropologie. I have a big leather brown handbag I bought last year and is ageing (even in a year) just delightfully - I love how comfy it looks. Definitely worth the price tag considering I use it every single day.

so glad you posted about this b/c it's a reminder to me that if i ever invest in a piece of furniture, it needs to be a chair like one of these. ahhhh, leather.
ReplyDeleteI agree! The great thing about leather is that it only gets softer and more beautiful with age.
ReplyDeleteI've also discovered that leather is kid-proof! Scratches just meld in, stains go away and scuffs simply make it look better. We have beautiful leather dining chairs and they've been covered in soup and yoghurt more times than you can imagine but I still love them.
